Exporting Live lobster, Mainly to China. This involved deadline planning from fishermen to exporters to have the product in and ready for export to the highest standards. Organising staff levels, drivers and fishermen. and keeping up to MPI standard. This was a high demanding job that involved long hours and at time very stressful, but also rewarding.
