Architect for a multi-discipline design firm providing full-service planning, architecture and interior design. Responsible for managing and developing construction projects from inception through final acceptance by client. Prepare and manage construction documents through the use of AutoCAD for city and county planning/building permits, contractor bidding, and construction administration. Coordinate all scope-of-work outlined in contracts with civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical consultants. Direct projects on schedule, toward final completion.
