Senior Application Specialist
CurrentWork as the Application Specialist/IT Business Analyst to provide services to our clients. The job responsibility includes:Gathering Requirements: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives. Documenting, and analyzing requirements for new business scenarios, processes, or changes to existing application.Business Process Analysis: Analyzing current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.Data Analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to gain insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities. Using tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI software to extract and manipulate data.Solution Design: Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements. Translating business needs into functional specifications and system requirements.Requirements Management: Managing and prioritizing requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Ensuring that changes to requirements are documented, communicated, and approved by stakeholders.Facilitating Communication: Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Facilitating communication, negotiation, and consensus-building to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.Testing and Validation: Working with quality assurance teams to develop test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria. Validating that solutions meet business requirements and conducting user acceptance testing.Training and Support: Providing training and support to end-users on new systems or processes. Developing user guides, training materials, and conducting workshops to ensure successful adoption of changes.
