Founded CleanServe Ltd in May 2013 after research indicated a lack in the commercial cleaning industry market for a well managed, professional and high standard customer oriented service, especially for SME sized businesses.

Formed company in April 2011 to specialise in the reprocessing of industrial plastics waste into clean recycled pellets for reuse by injection and extrusion moulders.

Joined company as production operative working with all machinery and processes. Following expansion after two years, promoted to Supervisor, organising a team of six. After further growth in the company three years later, promoted to General Manager. Joined company as trainee production operative running granulation and shredding machines, eventually progressing to compounding extrusion machines. Learnt how to correctly identify, sort and process many types of scrap plastics and elastomers and how to formulate blends of materials to customer requirements. Also learnt general maintenance of plastic machinery and set-up procedures.
