As Director of Marketing and Communications at Philadelphia Country Club, my primary focus has been on rebuilding and revitalizing the department to enhance both member and employee engagement. Working closely with department heads, club committees, the Board, and the General Manager, I've developed and executed comprehensive strategies and SOP's to ensure cohesive and effective communication across the club in the coming months, including communication strategies for the 2026 US Amateur Championship and on-going member communications for our 18-hole restoration and club upgrades currently taking place through 2025.This role has been pivotal in aligning our team with the club's overall goals, driving marketing initiatives that enhance brand consistency and boost member engagement. While marketing and communications have been my primary focus during this period, these efforts are part of a broader leadership responsibility as I work towards my CCM qualification and prepare for higher leadership roles within the industry.

This gave me the skills to engage with hundreds of members, develop personal and business skills, mentor players of all skill levels, and move towards executive management through hard work and continued excellence at the club.
