In the past several years I have worked as a swim coach during the summers. I started out as an assistant coach and moved my way up to head coach the last four years. More recently, I was a health coach for a client during a class at university and learned a lot about how to help other people, who are struggling, become healthier and happier. Currently, I am a personal trainer at San Jose Country Club and studying to get a level 1, 2, and 3 TPI fitness certification, which helps clients improve their golf game by improving their fitness capabilities. With these certifications and becoming a TPI fitness expert, I will work with the golf professionals at the country club to help as many clients as possible.
