The podcast was selected and funded as part of the 2021 cohort of “Ready to Learn” from the U.S. Department of Education, PBS and PRX. "Abi and the Cosmic Caravan" was a blind futurist adventure designed for classrooms at schools for the blind. Nine-year-old Abi and her diverse migrant community follow work through the not-so-sleek parts of the galaxy. Narrating in first-person, she mish-mashes together assistive tech and invites other species to try out adaptive games.
