Responsibilities include:• Developing SQL queries and procedures for routine data management and analysis;• Designing Microsoft Access front-end interfaces for querying and reporting data;• Managing and designing database-linked SharePoint resources such as views, forms, workflows, and custom automated alerts;• Automating workflows to produce figures, tables, and charts for routine quarterly monitoring reports and annual performance evaluation reports; and• Managing product design of mobile device applications used for field data entry, sample label printing, and field activity tracking.Coordinated a team of engineers, programmers, and field personnel to design and install a remote monitoring system relying on telemetry, cellular data, and radio networks to collect hourly water level data. Other project components included:• Designing SQL Server database back-end;• Develop data analysis views calculating groundwater flow direction (azimuth), gradient (magnitude), and velocity;• Developing database-linked SharePoint interfaces with automated daily alerts indicating flow direction changes out of expected ranges; and• Coordinating development of time-trend charting tools for groundwater elevations and calculated flow parameters.Lead task manager providing GIS and data management support to other remediation sites, long-term monitoring programs, and environmental due diligence assessments.
