With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, I have acquired extensive knowledge and expertise across various projects and sectors. I specialize in community buildings, office fit-outs and construction of educational facilities within both the private, commercial and government industries. Over the years I have acted as an architectural assistant, building maintenance coordinator, estimator, senior project manager through to my position that I hold today as general manager of a business that employs 30 staff. The majority of my career has been in project management and my experience ensures I am an integral part of the management, planning, design and construction processes during projects. I take great pride in advising my team/employees of the necessary course of action to take in order to ensure successful project delivery. I appreciate and understand the process of client involvement from the initial project stages, ensuring all clients’ needs and requirements are met throughout the delivery process. My ability to communicate with all parties involved enables successful delivery and establishes long-term partnerships. I have a very positive and professional approach to business development and project management. My work is meticulous, efficient and my intuitive and confident nature ensures I have succeeded in all of the businesses that I have worked within. That I have had only 5 employers throughout my career is testament to my skills and loyalty.
