Managed a team of 7 area managers in 2 different departments, RPND and Sort. During my tenure was able to lead a network wide change in reduction of early tote removals in sort. This initiative increased trailer utilization by 10%, decreased labor needs by 5%, and reduced overall tote usage by 7.5%. This resulted in millions of cost savings annually. Along with this project I became a network wide lead on both RPND and sort operations. I was able to guide multiple sites through a wide range of challenges in both departments. I also championed a change to the decanting process which led to an increase I. Rate across the network by 45 UPH. On an employee basis I was able to guide 4 different area managers to promotions during my tenure. Myself and the team where also able to have best in class operator satisfaction scores for both safety and business related question topics.

Implemented new robotics system into inbound operations for IND9 without seeing a decrease in LBI scores due to open communication with associates and addressing concerns of job security Corrected both operational and financial deficiencies with new robotic system that ultimately proved that it was 8% less efficient than associates and presented to network leaders this eventually led to the end of the program Owned engagements for FHD and during the 9 months only had 2 missed engagements, this time period includes the introduction of flex associates Managed IB dock for FHD that included 2 of the top 3 carton producing shifts at IND9 at 128k and 123k Created new standard work process for 5S at the building reporting out improvements each week for the site tothe central region. I also worked on fixing paint issues to make sure we deliver the best product to the customer. This internship also included me working with new Autodesk programs including AutoCad Factory Design Suite Ultimate 2015. I designed racks and made layouts of various work cells.

I coordinated and worked on a team for a logistics consolidation process. This project had me work across multiple business platfroms which included me working with employees from other countries. I also redesigned work cells which included implementing 5s standards into the manufacturing facility.
