• Oversee content and community across five of eHarmony, Inc.’s online ad-supported properties: eHarmony Advice, Project Wedding, Just Mommies, Wedding Bee, and Fertile Thoughts.• Provide leadership and strategy for a team that includes: two editors, dozens of freelance writers, a content marketing manager, a community manager, and community personnel, both on-staff and volunteer, across each property.• Work in a business development capacity creating relationships with portal sponsors, like Comcast, AOL, and Time-Warner who exchange content for traffic to eHarmony properties. The eHarmony Advice/Comcast relationship results in 2 million page views monthly.• Responsible for the creation of engagement widgets - Wizards, Tools, and Calculators – to create site stickiness, reader loyalty, and in some cases, sell-through. Examples include “A Bridal Countdown” lifecycle email and an “Online Date Planner” that partners with MyShape.com and Zagat.com to take input and create clothing and restaurant recommendations.• Planned and led the creation of eHarmony’s first content/community site, eHarmony Advice - from inception to recent success at 1.6 million monthly unique visitors and 6+ million monthly page views in under nine months. • Wrote advertising content for radio and television. Clients included UPN Television, NBC Television, and Funny Farm Radio Productions.• Wrote and produced online video programming for Online Voice, an early Internet television broadcast start-up.

• Directed the creative and operational aspects of the High Level Music Listening Station Programs. Worked with record label and distribution company executives to choose titles for each listening station retail program, the direction of field staff, the creation of ancillary promotional and marketing materials, the coordination of product receipt from each wholesale distributor and the production of sales and demographic reports.• Wrote and produced the High Level Information Station Project, a catalog-based listening station. This requires the assembly of music "libraries" for many genres, choosing the most influential records of the last 50 years and creating audio productions utilizing writers, engineers and voice-over talent. Duties also include the promotion of this system to the music retail community, and the direction of a design team that took the project from drawing board to completion.• Directed and created High Level’s general advertising.
