2017-2019: I was an employee awwat Thermo Tech Premium Windows and Doors. I started in the Shipping Department as a loader. I did very well and learned quickly. The day after my supervisor assigned me to the Staging Area. In the Staging Area i was responsible for checking quality and putting the final product to their staged locations for the shipping area to grab. I was then promoted to co-lead. I would be responsible for making sure trucks were loaded with the appropriate product, handling will-calls with customers, printing/handling paperwork for our drivers, and training new employees. After having a serious back injury happen here, I also learned the supervisors responsibilities which were as follows: setting up routes for our drivers, working with other supervisors to make sure shipping has all the products to ship, setting up trucks with product on NAV (our computer system), and previous responsibilities.After shipping, I was moved to the Screening Area, where I did mostly assembly. I started leading the area by myself since there was no official lead. I also cut rails, applied the screen to the assembled product, and boxing up shipped screens.I am now in the Sash Line. The only thing I do is welding together the sashes and sending them to hardware

2016-2017: After RCC I started at Pan O Gold Bakery as a stacker and loader in the shipping area. I then moved to the line where I brought over the amount of product that each area needed to fulfill orders.

2010-2016: I started part time at Reliable Commercial Cleaning while attending high-school. When I turned 17 I was appointed as the Lead of Accounts. My responsibilities included:Hiring and Firing, Training, Sales, Inventory, Customer Service, Maintenance on Machines, and Quality Control.
