I serve a department of over 100 people as a liaison for meetings, projects, and miscellaneous equipment procurement. My job duties cover a variety of detail-oriented tasks, including, but not limited to, creating project plans, taking meeting notes, recording and following up with action items, managing department expenses, and filing expense reports. I am the project lead on all department events and work directly with our Vice President to ensure the events are engaging and relevant to our staff as well as in line with the company vision and within budget. I coordinate cross-departmental processes with multiple groups within our organization including Facilities, Quality Assurance, Document Control, and Training. I manage the archival of all study documents generated by our department while insuring all relevant data is included in the archiving process such as titles, document numbers, section labels, and relevant connected study books, followed by ensuring the books are sent to their final resting place at an off-site facility.

Aside from being the frontman and lead vocalist for Shuffle, I created and still cultivate the online presence and brand for the entertainment band. This includes a website and social media (Instagram and Facebook). I produce their videos and manage anything online that has to do with their brand like editing photos and posting to social media.

Odd Mob is a company that gets new brands up and running. I produced videos for a small variety of companies. This includes writing short scripts or outlines, shooting, editing, and any post-production. Also, writing and producing music for some of the videos.

The Mormon Channel is the main social media channel for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, an organization with over 15 million members. I edited podcasts like the Mormon Channel daily, as well as the Spanish version, Programa Diario. I edited videos when needed and mixed music for Mormon Channel Studio.
