Manages all aspects of the casino property including operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Manages all administrative functions and activities including relations with Government departments and Unions. Assists in the preparation, negotiation, implementation and monitoring of contracts and cooperative agreements that will enable the casino to achieve its goals and objectives. Directs staff responsible for property maintenance and appearances. Monitors all operating costs, budgets and forecasts to ensure that the organization meets stated on-going and long-range goals.

Responsible for all aspects relating to the performance of table games on all RCI and Azamara ships (23) including table plan, forecast, table analysis, leased tables, new table games and equipment, table game trials. Analyzes the financial performance and strategies to increase revenues. Responsible for surveillance, alarms, cash desk and International product definitions. Cultivates managers by communicating in a positive and productive manner, forms programs which develop their skill sets and creates a progressive / challenging work environment. Oversees the management of multiple internal controls including accounting procedures, key procedures, Sarbanes Oxley & security. Directs the development and implementation of new policies and procedures, and the revision of existing policies and procedures both ship side and shore side. Directly involved in sourcing and implementing new casino products and services.

Responsible for all Casino Host, Player Development and Players Club operations covering up to 7 properties. Created and implemented corporate and property specific SOP's covering all aspects of operations and marketing activities. Introduced signature annual fleet wide events promoting the brand and generating revenues. Implemented an aggressive Player Development program which empowers all employees, generates revenues and solidifies the company's position in an increasingly competitive environment. Introduced a PD program with necessary tools which enable the Casino Host's to be productive and the company to measure these efforts. Involved in all aspects of marketing and operations fleet wide from a corporate level.

During my time with Casino Magic I also held the positions of Table Games Shift Manager and Director of Training. Initially I predominately worked on operations and administrative duties then from 2000 my primary focus was Player Development, cultivating high-end play and increasing incremental play. I created and implemented numerous programs which enhanced productivity, improved efficiency and enabled clear communications between departments and employees.
