The new space consisted of eighteen additional offices split over a mezzanine floor, a new estate social culinary space, an extension to the side of the building, re-roofing and re-cladding the entire building including over and around the occupied offices and a gym. Positioned within a live office complex.- Site manager on a three unit office refurbishment for a private client on a listed building in Essex. - Site manager on a new build D&B early years education facility for Essex County Council that will provide the local community with valuable early years support. - Site management team on the £4.5m former Co-op department store project in Colchester. We carried out a structural refurbishment on a listed building and converted it into twenty-four residential and seven retail units. Confident and experienced in leading multi-disciplined teams and able to ensure QA procedures are efficient and implemented. Able to manage and motivate operatives to maximise output and deliver to program. Organisation, self discipline and punctuality are all strong traits I have carried over from my time in the military.
