Current project lead for the Worlds first Smart Village for young people. Working with 11 Digital Champions from all over Scotland to develop a platform designed by young people for young people that will be a space where young people in rural Scotland can access free resources and see opportunities available for them throughout rural Scotland that will give them multiple pathways in their working life whether that is setting up their own business, finding employment or networking and gaining experience from other like minded people. We are just getting started, and with the insight and input of young people, the future is exciting!I have 7 years experience in Community / Active Travel development. From managing and running large scale events to developing high outcome projects. Ensuring sustainability and that there is a legacy to guarantee continued engagement and success is really important to me.
