Perform scheduled network equipment firmware upgrades to ensure all equipment remains stable and secure. Modified and implemented SQL code within the register point of sale software. Troubleshot issues within Windows OS and Outlook email accounts. Assisted store employees with installing Voice over Internet Protocol equipment, over the phone, and performed quality control to ensure all phone related functions were operational. Project: Worked on the Buckle Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) Roll-out Team as a SD-WAN router installer. Conducted several SD-WAN router installs over the phone and provided troubleshooting assistance for SD-WAN issues. Conducted quality control, after each install, to confirm all Buckle Store network devices were properly configured to the store SD-WAN router. Conducted software quality control to ensure all store software applications such as: email, point of sale system, and internal/external websites were fully operational after each SD-WAN router install. Ensured proper cable management standards were utilized throughout each install.
