SSI Strategy has developed a unique consulting model by bringing together business consultants and Life Science industry experts, including ex-Chief Medical Officers and ex-Heads of Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs and Safety, to solve challenges and to provide effective solutions to our clients.

Responsible for defining and leading strategic projects critical to maintaining and growing client relationships andnew business. Grant has a breadth of experience in large-scale transformation programs and organizational design across industries and technologies. Most notably, Grant is tasked with leading strategic, high-profile projects focused on building key relationships with our clients. He enjoys developing relationships with his clients and teams, and coaching others along their career journeys.
