Currently train, test, and support clients referred to On Demand Logistics into short term skills-based courses, work experiences and full time work.Eighteen years as a a careers specialist with the Tertiary Education Commission and Careers NZ which included assisting a range of organisations with the setting up, delivery and development of career education for their client groups, supporting systemic changes that promote the strengthening of organisational-wide career education targeting the successful transition of students through and beyond education systems, and actively promoted an understanding of the rapidly changing world of work and its implications for changing the focus from seeking "job security" to instead continuously building skills & attributes diversity over time to create “income security” (see more details below).Seven years running my own management consultancy business, Paice Consulting, in Vancouver. Worked with companies ranging from market leader to sole trader in the educational, food services, IT applications, career education and snow sports industries.Fourteen years in the educational arena as a teacher, tertiary lecturer and educational psychologist.Qualified and experienced snow sports instructor & coach in Canada and New Zealand.I am also an active Rotarian with the primary responsibility to source, edit and publish weekly Club Chat content for the Papanui Rotary Club covering local and international topics of interest on internet, email and mobile platforms. Currently President Elect and begin my term in 2021.
