Grant is a Non-Executive Director and independent management consultant. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and currently holds non-executive director roles across a number of organisations.In his consulting practice, Grant specialises in organisational purpose, strategy and innovation. He works with the senior leadership teams and Boards of small, medium and large business and government organisations to help them achieve ‘breakthroughs’ around their most strategic issues and opportunities and to get leadership aligned and committed to action. Grant has developed strategies and facilitated workshops with dozens of organisations across multiple industries on a variety of topics, including organisational purpose, growth strategy, innovation, business and operating models, cost optimisation, client experience and large scale transformation.Grant has worked for more than 30 years as a management consultant in a variety of industries across Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Asia. He began his career working in systems integration before moving into strategy consulting and innovation. During his career, Grant has led several large scale change programs including significant workforce transformation efforts and major technology implementations. His specific areas of expertise comprise insurance and banking transformation including strategy, organisation design, leadership alignment and workforce transformation, facilitation, executive coaching and learning.
