Major Achievements✔ Organized and streamlined staffing and reduced workforce without effecting productivity resulting in cost savings of 450,000 AED per month/5 million per annum (estimated).✔ Steered warehouse to accommodate an additional 22,000 box spaces which effectively increased the warehouse life from 18 months to 4 years through migration and clean up exercises. Saved capital expenditure of approximately 30 million to build a second archive.✔ Played an outstanding role by implementing a secure method of managing the valuable client records. The entire process was now managed in-house and outsourced activities were conducted onsite.✔ Instrumental in reducing the overall archive cost in both personnel and general infrastructure thus enabling the company to save big amounts.

Major Achievements: ✔ Successfully headed operations and ran multiple applications simultaneously servicing more the 1500 customers, during the merger between Metrofile and Infofort which were the two Records management industry leaders in the region. ✔ Restructured SLA’s for of our top banking sector and government clients which resulted in increased revenue and reduced cost to the company as far less resources were required to manage the account.✔ Successfully increased organic box production from 2005 to 2009 from 96000 – 180000 yearly. This equated to an estimated 120,000 AED annually without any additional cost.✔ Consolidated 10 warehouses into 8 by reconfiguring the racking designs and maximizing the space. This resulted in a yearly saving of 560000 AED annually.✔ Increased monthly revenue by approximately 12% by switching to hourly manpower rates. Ensured teams were working to full capacity and if any delays occurred the client were aware of the cost implications.✔ Introduced an additional 5 stops per vehicle which increased revenue of 25000 AED per month for Media business this was without any additional cost and increase of around 26000 AED per month for RM.✔ Outsourced maintenance on a long-term contract that successfully reduced expenses allowing ZERO disruptions and allowing the company to save on costly maintenance procedures.✔ Re-engineered the process flow minimizing the steps and reduced mistakes by at least 35 %.
