Managing the End to End delivery of IT projects within the mobile industry

Project managing the delivery of new 5ghz WI-FI solution across the expanding Cablecom portfolio.

IT Delivery Project Controller- Provide support and guidance on programme and project management processes, procedures, tools and techniques to programme and project managers and their teams. - Develop, produce and maintain time, resource, cost and exception plans. - Track and report progress against milestones (including those performed by third parties)- Track and monitor risk management plans. - Manage and update programme and project files and the repository of lessons learned on previous projects and programmes. - Service of programme/ project control boards, provide briefings for project assurance teams and quality review meetings. - The administration of project change control by providing a cross project view on risk, change, quality, finance or configuration management.

Carried out short term contracts within the telecommunications industry

- Project manage and represent the Planning community working alongside internal and external departments and vendors including T-Systems, Huawei, BT, Cisco, McAfee, Ericsson and HP- Lead a team of Planning Engineers ensuring delivery of project requirements within budget and timeline. Direct, support and coach team from initial project scope through to completion and feedback for future improvement - Collaborating with external equipment providers to ensure all installations meet comprehensive EE technical standards - Head up BSCL Managed Service provision of 15-20 BSCL employees based in EE- EE Lead on outsourced IT Transformation Project involving the combination of Orange and T-Mobile’s network to become one EE network

- Work across two brand’s technical environment and standards simultaneously (Orange and T-Mobile) - Internal and external technical consultant for new infrastructure purchases - Responsible for planning the space, connectivity, power, E1 COAXIAL cabling, CAT6, fibre SM, MM and cooling for all roll-out/upgrade and decommission of infrastructure into the EE 4G network during live integration - Produce work planning files outlining quotation requirements across 39 technical sites, 52 comms rooms, 2 test beds and 3 internet pop sites- Undertake the quotation, raising, progression and tracking of orders on time and in budget - Develop tools, processes and standards to enable the accurate monitoring of quotation and orders
