At Cushman & Wakefield, I held the position of Facilities Coordinator and was the escalation point for over 200 Bupa Dental sites across Australia. This role required close collaboration with dental practices to address work orders that demanded my intervention or approval. Furthermore, I was also responsible for quotations and subsequent work orders for major repairs or replacement equipment. Given that many of these sites were converted from old residential properties, I faced the challenge of determining responsibility for repairs, whether it fell on the landlord or the tenant (Bupa). This necessitated thorough investigation and effective communication skills.

At CBRE, I was part of the Global Workplace Solutions team assigned to General Electric's Melbourne location (119 desks). Alongside my responsibilities similar to those at CASA, I also served as the primary contact for safety and security matters on-site. This encompassed managing maintenance, soft services, security passes, parking spaces, invoices, and monthly accruals. I exhibited outstanding organizational skills and prioritized maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

At CASA, I managed the facilities needs of the Canberra head office (456 desks) as well as remotely overseeing the Melbourne (110 desks), Adelaide (36 desks), and Perth (57 desks) offices. My role involved coordinating reactive and preventative maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
