I currently serve as the Identity Data Management SME for a strategic-level DoD organization tasked with the collection of national-level requirements and other areas of specificity for current and future operations. I execute customized initial and annual refresher training Identity Data Management training to key personnel for the sustainability of the client’s Identity Data Management tactics, techniques, and procedures. I contribute to the modernization of key plans, and Standard Operating Procedure guides that enable the maximization of collectors. I expertly develop custom briefings to large audiences, senior government officials, and company leadership on Identity Data Management. Additionally, I execute daily acquisition, maintenance, deactivation, and termination of Identity Data Management supporting items and tasks. I employ a specifically developed pre and post debriefing of operational personnel to collect critical information in response to intelligence requirements necessary to safeguard the Identity Data Management program. I was selected to, and still currently, serve as the company’s Site Lead within six months of starting due to strong leadership and previously demonstrated success in working with and managing a team.

I served as a Senior Identity Data Management Officer for a DoD Offensive Cyber platform; responsible for procuring off-the-shelf equipment using tactics, techniques, and procedures to minimize compromise and ensure mission success. Furthermore, I was hand selected to stand up secondary Cyber platform for a different DoD Cyber platform based upon extensive expertise, education, and experience.I provided SME level expertise and technical knowledge during lengthy Due Diligence assessments that would serve as a decision document for Operations Department to measure risk versus mission accomplishment. I provided real world input to sensitive operations protecting national security.

I served as the singleton Subject Matter Expert of all facets of Identity Data Management for a Special Operations Command Cyber platform; responsible for providing upwards of five to ten individual capabilities to each collector. I provided daily detailed analysis for how to achieve maximum messaging capability by working hand in hand with collectors on subjects from avoiding pitfalls on certain websites to interactions with other individuals.Additionally, I was responsible for the first-time creation, implementation, and employment of Identity Data Management individual capabilities employed across the international cyber stage in order to influence the target audience toward U.S. goals and interests. I created a Degradation Report for instances where a clear compromise was not viable. The created report has been implemented across several other organizations as the standard reporting template for all future instances. I liaised and coordinated efforts across the combatant command spectrum and high-level intelligence professionals to refine and focus collection capabilities.

I served as the Team Leader for a mission-critical Signature Reduction program for the 10th Special Forces Group that is primarily focused on the development and implementation of highly-specialized products and services. In this leadership role, I directed an elite team of three counterintelligence professionals and provided strategic counsel to senior executives on a diverse range of global security assessments and threat measures routinely utilized by the most highly-trained foreign intelligence agencies across the globe. I additionally, trained, mentored, and certified teams scheduled to deploy to the most dangerous regions in the world; ensuring skill fluency in signature reduction strategies and techniques. I also oversaw the development and management of complex multi-site training exercises; requiring extensive coordination with multiple stakeholders representing the U.S. military and interagency partners.

I concurrently served as the SSO for the Regional Support Element, 4th Battalion of the 10th SFG(A) where I was responsible for assessing and auditing organizational security practices and procedures. In addition to managing and maintaining security protocols for a specialized compartmentalized intelligence facility (SCIF), I also verified clearances, initiate security plans for visiting VIPs, and facilitate comprehensive training on active shooter scenarios. Since 2013, I have collaborated with business stakeholders and IT professionals to create relevant data protection strategies and risk mitigation solutions that drive compliance with information protection and privacy policies. I have also managed the Threat Awareness and Reporting Program (TARP); briefing executives on travel-related risk exposures to U.S. citizens traveling abroad, partnering with analysts to monitor key crisis escalation indicators, and training personnel on ways to identify insider threats.

In 2013, I was selected to oversee the launch of the 10th Special Forces Group’s first-ever Signature Reduction program. In this high-profile role, I successfully authored and facilitated training on a diverse range of topics to include threat indicators, body language, and surveillance/counter-surveillance to over 1,200 U.S. Special Forces Operators. I additionally, coordinated with multiple governmental/non-governmental agencies to formulate strategies and mechanisms to reduce the risk of compromise to sensitive programs and operations across the globe, developed complex personnel recovery plans utilizing a specialized advanced biometric analytics program, and managed a $5M travel authorization program for a team of 45 as the group’s designated Finance Manager.

From 2017 to 2018, I provided strategic advisement to a Combined Arms Training Brigade where I was utilized as a subject-matter expert throughout multiple training exercises for specialized groups of military professionals. I additionally provided training plans and after-action reviews designed to elevate team competencies and skillsets.

I was promoted in 2010 to direct a counterintelligence program for the 5th Special Forces Group; providing key advisement, mission planning, and execution for active U.S. Special Forces missions across the globe. As a program leader, I conducted in-depth debriefings with Special Forces units upon their return from deployments, audited enterprise-level security practices, and authored the 5th Special Forces Group’s first counterintelligence-specific policy and procedures manual that was quickly adopted as a best practice and implemented across two other Special Forces organizations. I additionally conducted threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments (TVRAs) for large military facilities both at home and abroad; providing invaluable, actionable insight on physical infrastructure and employee security measures.

From 2007 to 2009, I served as an Instructor for the Basic Officer Leader Course where I facilitated coursework on the theoretical and tangible components of contemporary operating environments. Over a 3-year period, I instructed over 2,300+ students and was, most notably, requested by leadership to participate as part of a specialized focus group tasked in developing future training strategies – an effort that resulted in substantive changes to course curriculum.
