• Provides leadership and mentoring to all Regional HSEQ personnel, manage development and effective implementation of professional HSE tools, principles and objectives to meet the requirements of the Company HSEQ Code of Business conduct.• The local focal point for all HSEQ corporate and project matters. • Provides a support function to corporate and projects, ensuring deployment of adequate HSEQ resources. In providing a leadership and mentoring role for all HSEQ personnel, ensures the effective implementation of professional HSEQ tools, principles and objectives as defined within the company Business Management System (BMS) • Incorporates the Company HSEQ vision and strategy into an annual plan for delivery through local regional plans.• Supports Regional leadership team in the implementation of the BMS and Crisis Management Plan.• Actively supports the Leadership Team and provides professional expertise and functional management to the resource, processes and tools that will provide business process improvement.• Assigns individuals to HSEQ roles and monitors their performance.• Develops knowledge, resources and support as needed to support the implementation of the HS&E elements within the BMS.• Manage budget for the Corporate Safety function.• Evaluates Regional HSEQ personnel performance and co-ordinates professional and career development to ensure succession planning meets business needs.• Compares HSEQ performance and results against business targets.• Performs execution of company auditing requirements

• Administering, communicating, implementing, & managing the Husky HSE Management System. • Assisting the OIM and HSEQ Advisors in the identification of non compliance to company & regulatory HSE requirements & recommend corrective actions. • Conducting audits, inspections & monitoring compliance on a regular basis. • Taking a lead role in identifying & administering HSE requirements for major FPSO projects & turnaround operations including the use of quantitative & qualitative risk assessment techniques. • Administering & leading the Husky Behavioural Safety Observation System. • Identify training needs & coordinate the necessary training programs. • Organizing, leading & participating in FPSO HSE Committees & Meetings including assisting with administrative functions as requested by the OIM. • Developing, implementing, updating & communicating emergency response plans & coordinate periodic drills & exercises in support of the emergency response plan. • Facilitate the notification & investigation of incidents to identify root cause (s) & ensure appropriate corrective measures are identified & implemented. • Proactively conduct audits for compliance with established procedures related continuous improvement• Lead / Coordinate all accident and incident investigations and monitoring of implementation of remedial actions. • Foster offshore awareness of safety and environmental impact on platform risk. • Actively participating as a member of the Command & Control Team for Major Emergency Management. • Support the Offshore HSEQ Advisor(s) in the performance of ongoing HSEQ compliance relating to Drilling and Completions and Production operations.• Liaise with the regulatory agencies regarding Operations Authorizations• Introduce and implement HSEQ initiatives for Drilling and Completions, and Production Operations;• Compile monthly and quarterly HSEQ statistics for drilling, completions and Production Operations.
