I am currently employed as an Account Executive with the Tiso Blackstar Group Hirt and Carter managing a Western Cape account for an ever-growing retail chain. I have a National Diploma certificate in Graphic Design and had worked as a graphic designer for 10 years at Hirt and Carter, until I was promoted to an Account Executive. I am comfortable with Mac OS X as well as Windows. In addition, good communication and listening skills are paramount for my current position. I am a team player to the core and can handle pressure, but am also at complete ease when working alone, when required. My key duties and responsibilities include among others, meeting with client to discuss the objectives and requirements for the relevant campaigns. Planning and plotting out a critical path to estimate the amount of time needed to complete projects. Collaborating with production controllers and logistics to give the best service to the clients. I am also well versed in the designing, advertising and print industry. Designing different types of illustrations and layouts as per brand guidelines. Understanding the client's needs and developing suitable concepts. Working with other account planners to process a campaign that meets the client's brief and budget.
