In my role as Associate Vice President - Client Services at iLink Digital, I lead the Red Sky business unit's client services, which provides marketing operations solutions, change management, and BPM services to clients in various industries. I enjoy helping teams grow and scale quickly to meet demands while maintaining a high quality and high output on the delivery side.With my certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), and Change Management Practitioner, I bring a quality based approach to each aspect of delivery, using data-driven insights, collaboration tools, and both traditional and Agile methods. I have successfully managed multiple projects with strategic impact, and have a passion for company culture and coaching to provide a positive working environment across my organization. I also enjoy learning about new business strategies and applying them to my portfolio. My background in Management from Oregon State University equips me with the skills necessary to manage all aspects of a portfolio, including budgeting, resourcing, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
