I worked in the auto repair business, partnering with multiple Auto Hail Repair companies. I have worked with all major insurance companies. It was my responsibility to not only locate hail damaged automobiles but educate clients as well. After locating damaged vehicles I educated my clients on their options for repairs. I was able to inform them of a comprehensive claim & walk them through the process of filing a claim, providing a free loan car so they are not without transportation, educate them on possibility of insurance supplement & ensure satisfaction upon completion.

Accepted the Director of Operations job at Red Raider Outfitter for the duration of the 2013 football season. Football season is RRO's peak season where 75% of years revenue is achieved. Successfully managed staff and daily operations at four RRO locations in Lubbock, TX as well as two restaurants, The Arrogant Texan & Sazon, they share the same ownership as RRO. I was ahead of roughly 100-125 employees during my time as Director of Operations. RRO has the #1 Under Armour account for an independent collegiate apparel store as well as representing 75% of all Texas Tech merchandise sold according to Collegiate Licensing Company.

Discover potential clients with damaged vehicles due to hail. Inform & educate client of comprehensive insurance claim. Determine estimated dollar amount of damage. Supply client with loaner car so they are not without transportation. Coordinate meeting with an insurance adjuster to asses damage & negotiate value of repairs. Assign technician damaged vehicle to repair. Contact client & schedule pick-up with satisfaction guaranteed.

Hire & train warehouse staff. Make schedule for warehouse staff while ensuring proper time off for students. Distribute all merchandise to all Red Raider Outfitter locations. Receive shipments daily via UPS; ensure correct quantities were received, price merchandise, make ready, inventory in warehouse & all Red Raider Outfitter locations & determine quantity distributed. Maintain a professional warehouse while managing all of warehouse staff.

Arrogant Texan & Red Raider Outfitter share the same ownership. I was chosen to launch the corporation's new restaurant, Arrogant Texan & transfer from Red Raider Outfitter to Arrogant Texan. I successfully hired & trained new staff after conducting all interviews from applicants. Responsible for all accounting of multiple cashier registers, maintained strict contingent budget by implementing a new improvised staff schedule & creating new operating hours. Also, acted as buyer of all merchandise while decreasing costs & increasing total revenue.
