The Journey Church Creative Pastor serves as a member of the Directional Team and is accountable to the Directional Team as well as the Senior Pastor and Advisory Team. The Creative Pastor is responsible for producing a high-quality Worship Gathering Experience. This includes leadership of the Worship Team, Communications Team and the Production Team. The Creative Pastor is also responsible for the Communications and branding of The Journey Church. This includes leadership and oversight for the church website, web accounts, app, social media, video creation, photos and other print publications that are presented to the general public such as invitation cards, signs, banners, and posters. He or she will recruit and disciple team members to build spiritual maturity and develop the next generation of leaders. The Creative Pastor will work closely with the Senior Pastor to plan and implement creative elements throughout all ministries at The Journey Church.
