I also assist with the budgeting element of the larger digital transformation programmes we run for our clients to ensure the financial element of the project is delivered.

Improve efficiencies through integration of various software packages and automation of tasks where possible.Assist with the customisation of the CRM system for full integration with the Sage Accounts package.Top level management reporting covering all aspects of the business with a focus on the financials.Production of annual budgets and associated business plan. Design the KPI's to be reported to ensure the business follows the plan and identify problem areas early on so than be remedied.All company secretarial work.Production of statutory accounts and company Tax Return's to be filed with the relevant authorities.Upgrade and maintain the Quality System for both ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.Newly appointed DPO!! Lots of companies out there not taking this seriously, even though the data security element of this is covered by Rockford's ISO 27001 accreditation there is still lots to do. Hopefully everyone has got to grips with the size of the task facing them.
