I strive for being the best I can be in everything I do, I'm a devoted Christian and believe all my strengths come from God, I have an absolute love for food in particular French cuisine, the elegance and precision of the French really appeals to me, amongst many other cuisines and cooking methods, what drives me is teaching others from a professional perspective to cook and understand food the way chefs do.I do private home chefing and live demonstrations, as well as building and reaching out to the youth in my community by giving motivational drug awareness talks at high schools and primary schools, I'm the youth leader at my church ( Church On The Rise Bloubergrandt ). I also have a 2 hr radio talk show on Fridays on a cape town radio station One Fm 94.0 talking al about food.Pushing boundaries in Modern cuisine is what I thrive in, some of my senior chefs have suggested that I look at a career in food stylist and photography as I live the artistry behind food.
