I grew the UX team to 3 designers and the CS team to 4 CS reps.- Developed a “Support Tagging” system within our customer support tool (Helpscout) to tag incoming customer feature requests and bugs, and automatically increment a “hit” for this feature/bug in JIRA. This enables anyone to pull up a list showing which features/bugs have been requested by the most users - enormously helpful for prioritization. -
