Graduating in December of 2020 from the University of Iowa with a Bachelors's in Enterprise Leadership and a minor in Business administration. In my time at school, I have been able to further my skills in time management and improve in communication with others through the various group projects I have been involved in at Iowa. I have a deep understanding of other individuals and am able to understand how others work in groups and form my role into what the group needs, whether that being a leader, follower or the person that holds the group together.I have long had compassion for others and helping them reach their goals or to help them find happiness. I am also skilled and enjoy working on projects that heavily involve numbers. I like to look at the big picture when making decisions, and understanding how my decision not only affects myself but everyone around the situation. I am also a dedicated worker, once I get my mindset on something I will not let anything get in the way of me finishing that task on time and to the best of my ability.I believe that my work ethic in a professional setting sets me apart from some of my peers. When I go to work I have a mindset where my primary goal is to complete the work that is assigned to me that day. One of my personality strengths is achieving, this is a strong driver to me determining work ethic. If I am given a task to complete while at work I will not be satisfied with the day until that task is finished.
