As a Patient Services Manager it is my responsibility to ensure that daily clinic activities are operating at optimal productivity for clinicians. These daily operations include: patient scheduling and billing services, clinician staffing, accounts payable/receivable, coordinating patient insurance benefits, creating financial reports, and meeting quarterly growth goals.
