I believe that I have the forward thinking that is needed to create a friendly environment, motivate staff to higher levels of efficiency and productivity and improve overall operations of the Venue. I firmly believe in creating an enjoyable workplace that the staff feel comfortable in and actually want to come to work. Working in the hospitality industry has helped me to develop and enhance my people skills. Every person is different and as a manager you must be able to utilize your knowledge of people to deliver the highest possible results, this can be achieved in many different ways.please be aware that youth drives motivation, desire and a determination to prove myself. I am very strong willed and I am always trying to better myself to reach the top.
