NASANSB /Health Care Australia (HCA)ResponsibilitiesEmployed initially by NASANSB as The OH&S & Workcover Coordinator. Promoted in November 2007 to the National Group (HCA) in the Role of OH&S Manager (National Responsibilities)In this role I was responsible for the WHS policy procedure and training nationally. Construction and implementation of company policy and procedures for WHS and workers compensation, management reporting/statistical documentation, Workcover systems /all case management in South Australia, Northern Territory and Western Australia. I had the additional responsibility for the training and implementation of the OH&S system for this national company. This included a coordinated system of training, site inspections and documentation of procedures within this company (National role). This implementation of a national and coordinated OH&S system took 6 months with the work being done by myself and completed on time. This system was independently audited in 2011 with a commendation of the work done in a short space of time. The audit was passed. Following this audit I established an online/automated WHS system “ELUMINA” across the national group to greatly stream line and strengthen the system and allow quality auditing to be commenced from head office.  My additional remit (February 2006) was to reorganise the Workcover system (NASANSB) and attend to case management, which had placed the company in a position of penalty within the SA levy rate system prior to my employment. Within 2 years of my reforms to the system the position had reversed to a position of bonus with the insurer. HCA was regarded at this time as a "model" employer and was nominated for the inaugural company award for achievement by Workcover SA. I had training responsibility within the group with regard to WHS and Workcover policy. This system was largely in place within 5 months of my appointment (April 2006)

Client meetings and relationship building were an integral part of my job. I had training responsibility within the group with regard to policy and auditing procedures as well as OH&S. Within this role I had one employee directly reporting to my position.
