In this role I complete the following tasks, donation processing, membership enquries, general service enquiriers, merchandise enqurieis and sales. Mail processing (Return to sender for organisation). Referral enquries, conducting intake process for service providers to assist clients with service needs. As senior member also provide guidance and support to other staff within National Contact Centre. Christmas Carols enquiries, Myer Gift Wrap Enquiries. Assisting finance with donation mail and merchandise mail when needed. Processing of general emails when required and also Seeing Eye Dogs of Australia Emails when needed. Also assist with reception Duites in Enfield office when required. Understaning of incoming and outgoing mail processes for this location.

Goal Setting, buddying and mentoring, coaching staff members on how to handle particular calls, problem solving and conflict resolution skills over the phone. Managment of referrals Team. Management of floor of 25 staff at times when required due to leave taken by other NCC Management Team Members. Creation of workflows, innovative ideas to make work within Contact Centre quicker and more cost effective at times.
