Evolve Group™ are a manufacturing company that manufactures various injection moulded parts. My team members and I were tasked with designing a robotic head capable of gripping a wide range of components consisting of various geometries to eliminate requiring multiple robotic heads for specific parts. This project provided me with valuable experience in team management, client liaison, and component design and implementation. The project started in March 2018 and our design was finalised and an implementation plan was outlined for Evolve Group™ to integrate our design into their manufacturing process.
