Current- Management of our Distribution Partners
- Oversight of 40+ distribution partners across my territory of 9 states
- Provide category management for my distribution partners – (e.g. providing a gap analysis or void matrix to tell a story of why a specific item should be stocked, or, slot consolidation opportunities)
- Administer continuous product trainings to my distribution partners’ sales teams – provided insight on how to sell the bakery category
- Lead contact for our distribution partners for any issues (e.g. quality, shortages, damages, etc.) or opportunities (e.g. large operator opportunities)Management of our Brokerage Network
- Cultivate relationships with of our food brokers in 11 different markets
