This required me to create, deliver, and enforce a comprehensive training program while ensuring accountability at every level.On my own initiative, I sourced and implemented a CRM system that streamlined operations and enhanced performance tracking. The success of this system led to its adoption nationally across the organization.With a $6.5 million sales target, I have developed a robust $16.5 million pipeline of new business. This includes securing major government tenders at healthy margins, as well as landing multimillion-dollar contracts with key business clients.Through the implementation of new systems, policies, and procedures, I have fostered a cohesive and collaborative environment across teams, including retail, embroidery, and logistics. Sustainability Ambassador Tasmania
As the environmental sustainability ambassador, my role was to liaise closely with our head of sustainability and generate interest in the continued implementation to reduce the use of single-use plastics, as well as increase the desire for the uptake of renewable products within the healthcare sector of Tasmania. I was able to secure the penetration of many of our core lines against competitors and gain new business through cold calling and effective networking.

Working with all major Tasmanian hotels, clubs and restaurants - the Key accounts role was southern-based in a competitive landscape. This role required careful planning, excellent communication, and follow-up with all customers as well as a deep understanding of all operations within our customers' business, and our internal logistics. Working alongside major groups such as the Federal Group, and representing PFD at major corporate events was a key part of this role. The relationship management was just as important as the day-to-day operations and was a key part of my success within PFD. I am pleased to say the relationships gained in this role are still enjoyed today in a mutually beneficial way.
