Former Owner and operator of Britain's most easterly Distillery, The Lowestoft Distillery Company Ltd. A ludicrously small micro distillery located in Britain's most easterly town Lowestoft, Suffolk.Currently undertaking bespoke distilling services along with the production of the fine premium handcrafted spirits Old Tom Crisp Artisan Gin, Old Tom Blue Navy Strength Gin and Obdam's Premium Orange Gin.I have taken the decision to remove past and non relevant career posts, however I have been employed in the past as a Solutions Consultant focusing on Application Development and Implementation and with a solid background on Test and Integration with Project Management experience in a wide variety of business, military and utility applications. Experienced in in client/server and relational database design and implementation using PostgreSQL, Java JBOSS/Wildfly, Apache, Tomcat, Oracle, DB2, ESRI, Telcordia, FLUX, EU Data Exchange Highway and Citrix. Currently whilst not distilling I still show an interest in migration projects, as well as close interaction with the system developers, suppliers and customers.Always keen to get the job completed but not at the expense of quality.
