The Saskatchewan 3.0 Summit (April 23 - 25, 2012) brought together Saskatchewan’s leaders to discuss ways to use technology to advance our public and private sector goals. It was about setting the course for the digital future of our province. www.sask3summit.comThe Saskatchewan 3.0 Summit featured some of the world’s foremost Government 2.0 experts and exposed Saskatchewan business and government leaders to the amazing social and technological innovations that are happening around the world. They explored Open Government (OG) and were shown examples from jurisdictions that have successfully implemented OG principles and practices. The Summit provided insights on how Saskatchewan can build a brighter future through better integration of these technologies.The Summit brought together government policy and technology experts with cutting-edge expertise and hands-on design, implementation and change management experience. Each has lead similar change in jurisdictions around the world including: Australia, United States, Europe and Canada.

Led the start up of the complex multi-year $35M Business Portal program. Accountable for developing the long-term vision and strategic direction of the portal. Was responsible for ensuring that the portal was financially sustainable, innovative and properly positioned to leverage future trends and opportunities including: social media and mobile device integration.

As an integral member of the ISC senior management team – responsible for determining the corporate strategic direction and accountable for developing and managing the corporate plan.
