CSP Advisors is an independent advisory firm supporting oncology focused biotechnology companies approaching commercialization.

Appointed as CEO in August 2021 after serving on board for 24 months. Reduced operating costs by ~25%, raised $85 million in a bear market, and accelerated sales of TAZVERIK (tazemetostat) facilitating the opportunity for a strategic transaction. Renegotiated the debt obligation of the company which would have resulted in an 18 month delay in principal repayment on terms favorable to the company (not implemented due to sale of the company). Led sale of the company to Ipsen SA resulting in repayment of debt obligation, value for shareholders and employment opportunities for Epizyme associates.

Led the commercial launch of ZEJULA (niraparib) for ovarian cancer resulting in global revenue of $230MM in 2018, less than 2 years post initial launch.• Member of the TESARO Executive Committee and Officer of the Company• Built US commercial infrastructure from small pre-launch team to approximately 175 field-based and 30 headquarter-based associates over four years• Senior commercial member of the Joint Steering Committee with Janssen Pharmaceuticals supporting development of ZEJULA for prostate cancer• Supported the integration of TESARO into GSK through June 2019

Executive Committee member with P&L accountability for US Oncology Research, Reimbursement, Access and Hub Services and Informatics. • Returned US Oncology research to profitability over 3 years by revising the pricing structure, growing study volume by 30% and reducing costs through improved operational efficiency and technology• Integrated two legacy reimbursement businesses with a total of 800 employees, outsourcing IT services to reduce costs and returning the business to profitability in two years• Actively participated in the transaction that resulted in the sale of US Oncology to McKesson

Responsible for the financial and operational oversight of ten diversified US Oncology community practices located in the Northeast. Worked closely with the practice presidents along with the P&T Committee of US Oncology.

Lead sales and marketing of VELCADE (bortezomib), a first-in-class IV drug for the treatment of multiple myeloma in the US, growing US sale revenue to over $220M three years post launch.
