High Jump Coach to all levels, from beginner through to International. Available for day-time (selected days), evenings and weekend coaching. 1-2-1 sessions, 1-2-2 sessions and group training.Currently coach to 2024 British Indoor Champion, Tom Hewes.

I worked this role Monday-Thursday as a job share, alongside working as a performance/business coach. Unfortunately I was made redundant after 3 months. This was due to a significant change in team structure and headcount budgeting process.

• Coached international high jump and multi-events athletes,• Utilised planning and logistical skills to create complex training and competition schedules for numerous athletes. • Supported various Olympic coaches.

Ran my own training business for 5 years, working with a large range of clients.

• Worked closely with the directors of Velusso, contributing to initial development of the business. • Designed a complete training and nutrition package for road cycling enthusiasts, who were taken on fully structured trips. This utilised MS Office packages.• Built strong relationships and trust to challenge cyclists to deliver their best performance at a crucial time.

Attempted to set the ‘Race Across Europe by Bike’ World Record for cycling from Russia to Portugal in 45 days. This involved building a team with the appropriate blend of skills, meticulous research and planning, followed by flawless execution. Our approach paid off as we achieved our objective in 37 days.- We raised awareness and £17,000 for a fantastic charity, Cyclists Fighting Cancer and gained significant sponsorship from Halfords, Peugeot and Unilever.- Our Mission was to set a Guinness World Record in order to inspire students, undergraduates and graduates, from all walks of life, in all subjects and of all abilities, to embark upon life-enhancing projects prior to commencing their dream graduate job.
