Coordinated and managed in full a submission in February 2011 of an application for European funding under the New Entrant Reserve 300 programme; personal contribution included drafting of the capture and power project works, coordination and interrogation of the financial model, compilation of the submission and negotiation of the application with DECC, leading to the project being submitted formerly by DECC to the European Investment Bank for review under the competition guidelines in May 2011.Following the review of the submission, the application was ranked best in Europe and and given a reccommendation for funding from the EU under the NER300 scheme.
