Having started in the SaaS MarTech space in April 2009, Grant has had a successful journey of growth within the industry. Starting as an "inside" seller, his passion for high performance and leadership quickly grew him from individual contributor to team leadership, director, and executive leadership positions in revenue organisations. He has taken on leadership and growth regionally and globally of companies ranging from small (Zmags, BDR - VP Global Sales, €2-€12m, acquired by Gores Group), medium (Emarsys, UK Lead to CRO, €60m-€120m, acquired by SAP), and enterprise in his role at SAP leading CX for the EMEA North region. That was followed by period as CRO for MessageBird (EU Unicorn) and now helping Uberall realise its full potential as CRO, responsible for the full prospect, customer, and partner experience comprising over half of the entire global team. Grant was recognised for his achievements in November 2021 when he was as the UK's Top Sales Leader by Sales Confidence. He believes passionately in giving people a chance, building leadership talent from within, and creating a growth mindset across the entire organisation.
