I have been serving the state of South Carolina as a law enforcement officer for nearly a decade. I started my career in the Chesterfield County Detention Center where I progressed to the rank of Sergeant. I later served as a Deputy Sheriff for the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office where I was a member of the SWAT team and bloodhound team. While employed by the sheriff’s office I received specialized training in collision reconstruction. In 2016 I was commissioned as a State Trooper for the South Carolina Highway Patrol. While serving on patrol, I was awarded international accreditation as a collision reconstructionist by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR) and was transferred to the Multidisciplinary Accident Investigation Team (MAIT) where I serve as a collision reconstructionist. I have received advanced training in the imaging and analysis of Airbag Control Modules, crime scene photography, forensic mapping, vehicle examinations, and interviewing and interrogation techniques. I am currently continuing my education in the field of collision reconstruction and pursuing certifications in Commercial Motor Vehicle Reconstruction.
