Growing with Altai I'm helping steer the features and utility of our base product and personally developing those parts touching the financials or residing within our Altai CRM solution.

My role includes CRM deployments, legacy data migration, customizing the system to meet client needs via customizations and custom developed logic, developing reports and processes to allow clients to access the data they need, easily and how they want it, then integrating with other systems or third parties for efficiency and to reduce duplication of effort. We implement a range of solutions to satisfy different business needs including sharepoint and website implementations.

Responsible for gathering client requirements, writing technical specifications, developing custom SQL reports and business analytics, scheduling necessary resources, client training, internal staff training, assisting sales team with product demonstrations.
