Like all startups, Nimbl needed to build each department from scratch. My role was to build out the people function.As Nimbl’s People Operations Manager I:- Constructed a scalable hiring and recruiting process that successfully onboarded Nimbl’s initial 16 team members- Developed foundational H.R. functions including: onboarding, benefits, communication, payroll, and legal compliance- Organized programming at all remote and in-person events (All Hands Meetings, team retreats, etc.)- Created a bonus program based on key company metrics that increased collaboration and team success- Implemented and managed the EOS goal-setting and business operations framework

Shortly after I was brought onto Nimbl, we grew through an acquisition of clients. I was assigned as the lead on our integration efforts:As the Sales and Acquisition Lead I:- Created a multi-phased communication campaign, contributing to a client acquisition retention rate of 90%- Incorporated 100 newly acquired clients into Nimbl’s service ecosystem in less than 3 months

Client managers are the face of Nimbl to our customers. We are responsible for not only the client relationship, but the technical accounting we offer as a service.As a Client Manager I:- Managed monthly financial reporting and client relationships for a portfolio of $350,000 in ARR- Provided accounting services including: payroll, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and accruals

My role in People Operations also included proving and scaling the Nimbl Staffing business model. Nimbl Staffing allows companies the ability to access talent in accounting and administrative functions of the business from the Philippines. In my time as Head of Nimbl Staffing I:- Increased annual company service revenue by 5X through a client relationship referral sales strategy - Expanded team operations from 1 - 3 physical locations and introduced the ability to work remotely in order to access more talent- Worked with individual clients to support their efforts to improve their personal people operations strategies- Hired and transitioned all the day-to-day business operations to a new Executive Director of Nimbl Staffing
