During this period, SCF was recognized by InvestmentNews as the industry’s 10th fastest-growing independent broker-dealer—a testament to my leadership in rebranding the firm in 2012 and spearheading recruitment efforts that catapulted our revenue from $1 million in 2012 to over $6 million by 2021, the year Atria acquired SCF.In response to this rapid growth, I led a major overhaul of our operations, leveraging the Salesforce platform to design and implement a system that meticulously tracked the advisor journey from initial contact to onboarding and eventual departure, ensuring seamless integration and interaction at every stage.
